Card Sunday # 8

Heute habe ich eine Shaker Card mit dem neuen Stempelset "Gleeful Garden" von Lawn Fawn gemacht. Ich habe die Motive mit schwarzem VersaColor auf Aquarellpapier gestempelt und mit durchsichtigem Embossingpuder von WOW bespränkelt. Das gibt mir eine gute Basis für meine Aquarellfarben. Die Motive habe ich mit Aquarellstiften von Faber Castell ausgemalt.

Today I made a shaker card with the new stamp set "Gleeful Garden" by Lawn Fawn. I stamped the motives using black VersaColor ink on watercolor paper, embossed the pigment ink with clear embossing powder from WOW!, and colored my images with watercolor pencils from Faber-Castell.




Den Hintergrund habe ich mit den Distress Inks "Salty Ocean", "Mowed Lawn" und "Pine Needles" und einem Blending Tool ebenfalls auf Aquarellpapier aufgetragen. Aus grünem Karton habe ich einen Rahmen ausgeschnitten und durchsichtige Folie aufgeklebt. Mit Hilfe von 3D Klebeband habe ich diesen auf mein Layout geklebt, nachdem ich kleine grüne Perlen in die Mitte des Motivs gegeben habe.

I created the background using the distress inks "Salty Ocean", "Mowed Lawn", and "Pine Needles" on watercolor paper using an ink blending tool. Out of green card stock, I cut a frame and glued acetate behind it. After I put some beeds on my layout, I glue the frame on top of it using foam adhesive.
