Thinking about you
Hi everyone and welcome back! Today I have a second card for you for the current Lawnscaping challenge "Distress Maniac".
For this card I used some masking paper and applied it at an angle to a top-folding white notecard and started blending salty ocean and chipped sapphire together trying to mimic the ocean. I looked through my stash and came across these beautiful long sentiments by Lawn Fawn. I used "thinking about you" and stamped it along the created edge with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
On white card stock, I stamped the little octopus from the "Lovable Legends" stamp set and colored him in with Copic Markers (R24, 29, 39). After cutting him out, I adhered him with 3D foam squares to the bottom right corner. To finish off the card I used the clear droplets by Pretty Pink Posh because I thought they are just perfect for bubbles.
Thank you so much for stopping by!

You're a legend
Hi everyone, today I want to share with you a card that I made for the current Lawnscaping Challenge with the topic "Distress Maniacs". I used the "Lovable Legends" stamp set by Lawn Fawn and stamped and colored the cute Yeti from the set.
Using the forest border die I die cut a piece of white card stock and used it as one part of my background. For the sky I wanted to create a nice sunset using distress inks. To create a really nice blending I used mix media card stock and applies ripe persimmon, spiced marmalade, mustard seed, and squeezed lemonade to it. Trying to create a really nice ink blending between the colors.
To finish off my card I adhered the sky background to a top-folding notecard. I did the same with the white (snowy) background piece. Using 3D foam squares I also adhered the Yeti to the card. Lastly, I stamped the sentiment "You're a legend" with black ink in the center of the sky.
Thank you for stopping by!

CDD- One digi stamp of choice
Hi everyone and welcome back to another Linky Party. For this Linky Party I wanted to create a clean and simple card. I started off die cutting a piece of mix media card stock with the largest fancy frame die and embossed it with Candied Apple Distress Ink. Using the medium die from the same set, I die cut a rectangle from white card stock and stamped the cute kissing fishes from the Lovies stamp set with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. To color them in I used Spectrum Noir markers.
For my sentiment I used the "Thanks" from the new Greeting Word Die Set. Before die cutting it, I used a foam applicator and applied blue ink on white card stock. This was the same blue ink I wanted to use to stamp the rest of the sentiment using "for your friendship" from the Tiny Sentiments set. After die cutting the "Thanks", I adhered it to the center of my card with liquid glue. To embellish the panel, I used light blue and white sequins and adhered them to the corners of the card using glue dots.
To finish off the card, I adhered the scalloped rectangle to a top-folding white notecard. To give the front panel a bit of dimension, I used fun foam and adhered it to the larger panel.
I hope you enjoyed my card and get creative with this challenge! Hope to see you creations on the blog!

How to make a bookmark
Hi everyone want to share this project with you today. Using the It's All About Zoo and Across The Border stamp sets I created this bookmark.
I won't say too much about how I created this bookmark because I created a video tutorial for you that you can watch down below.
I hope you liked this idea and create a bookmark for yourself or as a gift for your loved ones!
