Watercolor (Craftin Desert Divas Linky Party)

Hi everyone and welcome back to a new Linky Party! Today I am sharing with you this card that I made for you. I started off using watercolor card stock and applying lots of water so the watercolor can move around freely. I used a couple of Distress Inks. After everything was dry,  I die cut the smallest banner die from it that I wanted to use as a base for my critters. 

I stamped the two cute monkeys from the "Lovies" set and colored them in with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers. Then, I adhered both the banner and the critters to a white top-folding notecard. I found a fitting sentiment in the "Simply Said" stamp set. Before white embossing it, I die cut a flag banner from black card stock. Using foam tape, I also adhered it to the top left of the banner.
